Office of Special Prosecutions Completes Review of Officer-Involved Shooting In Marshall

(Anchorage, AK) – The Office of Special Prosecutions has completed its review of an officer-involved shooting. This concerns the May 18, 2024 shooting in Marshall, Alaska, by Alaska State Trooper Christopher Green. AST was notified of the decision on July 30, 2024. The investigation concluded that the Trooper was legally justified in his use of deadly force.
